Let us start off with the amazing author and poet who defined the gift of Goth literature to the world. Another shout-out to Mary Shelly too, who defined an era of Gothic-ness. Both these authors lived their life Goth, inspiring million others to look into the subculture with grace.

A rather controversial figure, she is a household brand name. she herself identifies as Goth and runs the makeup company alongside curating other content for her audience. She might not be beloved, but she is rather an interesting person to look into.

   3. Sixousie Sioux

Speaking of beloveds, meet the woman who inspired the Goth fashion culture sibglehandadly and went on to become one of the most cherished icons of all time.

    4. Wednesday Mourning

Wednesday is a Goth and alt model, modeling and winning our hearts since a long time. In fact, you don’t even need to google her. She’s quite famous and you’re very likely to stumble onto her pictures.

    5. Kambriel Rose Mortem

Designer and founder of the brand Rose Mortem, she has quite a huge following. Her dark smokey makeup and red hair make her look gorgeous.

Another controversial figure but a huge inspiration. A lot of people still debate whether he’s really Goth or metal. However, unfazed and awesome, he continues to rock on.

Not a figure but rather amazing show that has inspired multiple movies and shows, with the 90s being the classic time when the show was running. They have inspired decades of fans.

The YouTube channel is run by Kaya Lili and she is amazing at her job. She runs a channel, a successful blog, and a style inspiration, she’s on the tip of your fingers.

Let's not rule out the author that inspired the whole cult of vampires which is still a part of Goth culture that is widely recreated, read, and used.

Featuring Japanese style design aesthetics, Mr. Yamamoto is absolutely fabulous when it comes to designing and giving it a Gothic twist whenever he wants to.

With quite an edge into Goth fashion, the plus-size model is also a YouTuber and a beauty blogger. She is a flag bearer for body positivity and we love it!
