Return Policy

Returns :

At Gothic Babe, you have 60 days from the date you receive the product to try on and return for a full refund (minus shipping and handling)

That's right babe.  You have 60 Days from the date you RECEIVE the product to determine if you like it or not.  If not, no worries babe, as long as send it back to us within 60 days of your delivery date, we will issue you a 100% refund.

*Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our location.


To be eligible for a return, your Gothic Babe item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn (you can try it on obviously, just don't go sweat it up in the club) and return it unwashed.  

For sizing issues :

If we sent you the wrong size by mistake, notify us and we will immediately send the correct size out to you and you keep the incorrect size absolutely free as our way of saying sorry for our mistake. 


If you ordered a size and the correct size came but isn't a perfect fit, we will resolve this in one of two ways different ways. 

Because shipping and handling back to us may be to expensive to make it worth your time and money, we have altered our sizing return policy to support our customers.



Please choose from one of these two following options: 

1. Email us at info@gothicbabe.co explaining what size issue you are having and if you would like to exchange the item for another size you can return the original purchase to our USA location.  Once we receive the item and its inspected to ensure it is unworn and unwashed and in its original condition, we will immediately send out the replacement size that you choose
*note - there will be only 1 replacement item shipped for sizing so please make sure you use the size chart located on the product page itself to ensure a proper fit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our location.

2. To avoid outrageous shipping fees back to us we've provided another method.  You can email us at info@gothicbabe.co requesting a 1 time 50% off code for the replacement item and you KEEP the original.  As stated above, we only provide this code 1 time as we take losses on most items at a 50% code, so please reference the size chart of the product you are looking to replace.

*Returns for the Gothic Babe Ambassador Program 50% Discounted items are only eligible for store credit only.  If you are interested in how you can apply to become an ambassador, please message us at info@gothicbabe.co for information

*There are no refunds for winners of our giveaway.  If you are the lucky winner of a Gothic Babe Giveaway, please be careful to ensure that you send us the appropriate size for your free item as a replacement will not be sent.  Giveaway prizes are final and can not be exchanged for other items.

Processing :
Once we have received your return, after inspection to ensure you have return the item unworn and unwashed we will issue the refund within 3-5 days of inspection and restocking.  You will be notified by email with a receipt of your refund.  Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account (If ordered from a paypal balance, refunds are usually instant)

Cancelations : 
We are on an automated system that connects our sales with our manufacturers.  If a cancellation is sent within 24 hours of purchase time, we can guarantee cancelling the order.  Any cancellation request made after 24 hours we can not guarantee although many times we can stop the order from shipping out from our manufacturer.

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address that you provide. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation we advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance on what you can do to recover your items.

    Broken/Faulty/Incomplete item : 

    If you received a broken, faulty or incomplete item - please contact us info@gothicbabe.co and a replacement will be sent out.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If your package has been return delivered to the address listed above and you have not received an email with receipt of your refund within 5 days of delivery, please email us at info@gothicbabe.co . We will immediately handle this and issue your refund.

    Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account (Usually 5-8 business days depending on the credit card).

    Special Promotional Sales, Ambassador Discounts (if applicable)

    Special Mega Event sales such as Black Friday or XMAS or Ambassador Discounted items are not eligible for refunds however we will issue store credit for any returned item.  Please email us at info@gothicbabe.co

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure your delivery.
