Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-35 days for USA customers.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 10 business please email us at info@gothicbabe.co


Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before within 24 hours for us to guarantee be able to guarantee that your item does not get processed to the point that we can not stop it. 

If the item is already sent please just wait for delivery and utilize our 60 day return policy to get your full refund.

*Cost of shipping is non refundable and cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so please babe, make sure to message us within 24hrs to ensure we can cancel your order.

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@gothicbabe.co If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one if the items have not already shipped. No refund will be given if the order has already has been shipped.

Where is my order?

You will receive 3 emails from us in total. 
1. Automated email upon order
2. Email after order was processed
3. An email notifying you that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number

If in any case you have not received a email with a tracking number, please email us info@gothicbabe.co and we will look up your package directly.

I ordered 2 items with you at Gothic Babe but I've only received 1? Where the heck is the other item? 

We deal with multiple manufacturers around the globe to provide our customers with the absolute best price possible. Your order is from multiple manufacturers, it is totally normal to have your packages arrive to you at various times. Don't worry the other packages are in route and will be arriving shortly.

I keep checking my tracking status and my order isn't moving! Whats going on?

When it comes to international shipping tracking updates are not always frequent or consistent. This is perfectly normal. I see orders go without tracking updates for 30 days or more all the time. There are a few reasons for this, one is the order changes carriers sometimes several times which causes logistical delays. The most common reason is as a package clears customs of the outbound country and enters through the inbound country, the processing time does not update.  This can sometimes go weeks without updating and how quickly one package clears customs from the next is completely random and just another aspect of international shipping.

I placed an order already, but I just realized I want a totally different size than what I ordered, can I change my order?

We typically don't change or adjust orders once they've been placed because we use an automated process to fulfill orders and have them shipped out as quickly as possible so the window to change an order is almost too small for it to even be possible, but we do look at these on a case by case basis. Sometimes we are able to change them before the order is process and shipped, but sometimes were not. Please send an email as quickly as possible to info@gothicbabe.co

What I ordered is way too small? How do I exchange it?


Absolutely.  We have updated our return policy for this reason to support our customers.

You have 60 days from the day of delivery to return your item to us.  Once we receive your item and verify it is unused and unwashed, we will immediately notify you and send your updated size.  We do ask that you ensure that you choose the proper size for your exchanged size.

Most are shipped directly from the manufacturers located in China but we have manufacturers and fulfillment centers located all over the globe including USA.

We will never share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is you, and the second party is us. So a third party is anyone else other than us.  Your privacy is completely protected. 

The item I ordered is damaged or defective, how can I return it?

Please send an email at info@gothicbabe.co be sure to include photographic proof of the damage or defect and we will have the manufacturer send out a replacement right away. Just make sure and include your Gothic Babe order number.
