How to design a witchy room

Writing this, we acknowledge that witchcraft and their path are not for cultural appropriation. We don’t intend hurt any witches sentment. We are merely looking at this from the perspective of strega fashion. Do consider to write to us if any of the real witches find this post offensive. We would surely look into it.

A lot of us into the strega life more than others. So, here is a way where you can incorporate it into your room.

  • A moon lamp

Witches are known for their belief that the moon radiates healing and love, so turn into the werewolf and develop the love you have for the moon because its freaking beautiful. This would also help you keep its energy into the room (maybe).

  • Candles

And yes, hear us out when we say. Candles are the best to decorate the room as well. You don’t even need it to be of colors and stuff. White plain candles would do as well. (witch tip: it is believed that if you place a white candle at the enterance of the room, it would stop any negative energy from entering your room)

  • Essential oils, pot pourri and aromatic candles

This is a real bonus because witches do believe that scents and aroma attract desired goal and help with things such as relaxation, visions etc. try them out in your room and see for yourself. Also, don’t miss a chance to make your room smell good.

  • Crystals

There is one meme that says, “whoever said that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, has never seen crystals” and that is true, to be honest. Crystals are beautiful and they radiate energies that purifies and cleanses the room. So, try it, maybe the rose quartz will bring you amazing relationships (that is, if you are healed and open to it).

  • Some famous occult character inspiration

Its never a bad idea to start from the typical harry potter books or other witch movies or shows to take inspiration from. However, I do warn you to do your research on it before you take on a stereotypical representation on the same.

  • Dreamcatcher

Oh yes! it is related to the boho style inspo but the idea of dream catchers are also related to witches who sometimes use the feathers they collect to turn them into dreamcatchers reminding them of all the times their ancestors or the universe tried to connect with them.

  • Plant pots

A lot of witches are active earth preservers. So also are fond of gardening because one way for them connecting with their own self is through connecting with nature and thus is a useful tip to take as well. They are environment friendly as well so it’s a win-win. Do not keep plants by cutting them or limiting them (as a lot of people do with bonsai or money plants. Don’t keep one if that is the way you have to keep a plant because that is literal torture).

These are some ways we feel you can incorporate witchiness in your room. If you have any other ideas, let us know.
